A package of 4 yellow pre-wired SMD 1206 LED chips with a 4 resistors for 12v included. Must use DC power source 2.0v to 2.2v is normal power range. Black wire is the negative lead. The included resistor may be used for up to 12v, resistor may be attached to either wire. Only 1 resistor needed for 12v
